We have multiple subdivisions with residential sales under way. You can find out more about each neighborhood by connecting with the builders, whose information is listed on our Residential page.
Nails & Spa Talk, Great Clips, UPS Store, OmniNuvo Realty, Edward Jones, H&R Block, Higley Groves Dental, Carousel Cleaners, Dance Republic, Subway, Pool Werx, H1 Martial Arts, Basha's, Panda Express, Bank of America, Four Silos Brewery, and Core Body Pilates are all open for your convenience. More shops will open with the completion of our next phase of construction.
The lakes store reclaimed water we receive from the Town of Gilbert for our irrigation system. Currently, the lakes are stocked with koi, white amur, and tilapia fish, which all help to control algae as well as the midge fly population.
About 20% of Morrison Ranch residential development is dedicated to open space. The Ranch’s master plan includes 400 acres of grassy, open space and eight and one half miles of tree-lined parkways. As the industrial areas develop, they too will have a large amount of open space. We like to think Morrison Ranch has given new meaning to the phrase “wide open spaces”!
To date, more than 11,600 trees have been planted in our residential neighborhoods. We estimate there will be 8,000 to 10,000 more trees planted before the community is fully developed. Morrison Ranch industrial development will probably add an additional 3,000 to 4,000 trees.
Currently, Higley Estates is the only part of Morrison Ranch with 1/2-acre lots or larger. The master plan for Morrison Ranch does not include custom lots.
There are currently apartments in Highland Groves. We have additional sites in the master plan with multi-family zoning, so additional apartments could come to the Ranch in the future.
All of Morrison Ranch is served by the Gilbert Public School District. You can contact the district for more information on which schools serve which neighborhoods. There are also a number of private and charter schools around the Ranch. San Tan Charter School is located in the Ranch at the southwest corner of Recker and Elliot.
